Maker & Muse began in a borrowed garage with a few easels and a stubborn belief — that the line between 'artists' and 'everyone else' is mostly made up. Twelve years later we're a full studio with two kilns, a wall of student work, and a calendar packed with classes for ages five to ninety-five.
Our teachers are working artists, but more importantly they're patient, generous, and genuinely excited when a beginner's first piece comes off the wheel or off the easel. We keep classes small, supply everything, and protect the part of making that matters most: the joy of it.
There's no such thing as 'not artistic.' There's only practice, encouragement, and a space that makes it safe to try. Our job is to hand you the materials, get out of the way, and cheer you on.
